PACIFIC CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANTS – UW MEDICINE LAKE UNION

Pacific Construction Consultants has been engaged by Vulcan Inc. to perform construction audit services for the UW Medicine Lake Union Phase 3.1 project. The University of Washington will utilize this facility to perform biomedical research. The project includes a seven story research building and underground parking (approximately 387,000 GSF). The construction budget is approximately $100 million with a completion date scheduled for the spring of 2013.

PACIFIC CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANTS – OLYMPIA CITY HALL

Pacific Construction Consultants recently completed their scope of cost control services for the new Olympia City Hall.  The project is a four story, 89,000 square foot $35.6 million new office building. The new facility allows the city to consolidate operations previously spread out in more than a dozen other locations.  Pacific’s scope of services included Interim and Pre-Contract Close Out audits as well as the Final Reconciliation of construction costs.
