PACIFIC CONSTRUCTION CONSULTANTS – OLYMPIA CITY HALL
Pacific Construction Consultants recently completed their scope of cost control services for the new Olympia City Hall. The project is a four story, 89,000 square foot $35.6 million new office building. The new facility allows the city to consolidate operations previously spread out in more than a dozen other locations. Pacific’s scope of services included Interim and Pre-Contract Close Out audits as well as the Final Reconciliation of construction costs. Emphasis was on the cost reimbursable general construction contract and a cost reimbursable subcontract. Pacific is a 30 year old corporation specializing in construction cost audits and development of contract payment terms for owners and developers.
