Since 1982, we have worked on more than 800 construction projects. We assist our clients by preparing General Contractor RFP and contract commercial terms. We analyze cost proposals of selected contractors prior to contract award.

We provide construction consulting, contract preparation and construction auditing services including Pre-Construction Audits, Interim Construction Audits, and Close-Out Construction Audits. If full construction auditing is not appropriate, we may perform Construction Cost Surveys or Construction Management Cost Reviews for our clients. We routinely evaluate construction project change estimates and change order proposals, including change order re-pricing when appropriate.
